CreatorCompli

Platform

Automated FTC compliance monitoring for the creator economy. Scans public social content across four platforms for missing or insufficient sponsorship disclosures, and turns non-compliant content it finds in the wild into qualified brand leads.

Overview

The FTC requires clear sponsorship disclosure on paid creator content, and enforcement risk lands on creators, brands, and agencies alike. Nobody was watching at scale — compliance was a manual spot-check at best.

CreatorCompli automates it. A cron-driven ingestion worker discovers and monitors content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. A two-stage LLM pipeline first detects whether a post is sponsored at all, then evaluates the disclosure against the FTC ruleset. Results surface in role-aware dashboards for creators, brands, and agencies.

The commercial twist is that the discovery engine doubles as a lead machine: non-compliant content found in the wild identifies brands with live exposure. A contact-enrichment worker resolves them from bios, link-in-bio pages, and websites, and an outreach worker drafts approach emails — gated behind manual approval before anything sends.
